As the author, the phylogeny and systematics are indeed amateur; I'm more
interested in genera and species-level taxa, and my so-called phylogenies
are essentially rough guides that give some framework on which to hook
those genera and species.  (I should probably add that as a disclaimer
somewhere)  If you want cladograms by people who are sharp in that area,
stick with the Dinosauricon, Palaeos, and Mickey's excellent new
