Arthurdactylus conandoyle....what?
Could someone plase halp me clear up a little
conundrum for me. Arthurdactylus takes it's species
name from Arthur Conan Doyle, but in some places it's
called conandoylensis, rather than conandoylei. Which
is correct?
I know the reference for the original paper ( Frey,
Dino, and Martill, David, 1994, A new pterosaur from
the Crato Formation (Lower Cretaceous,Aptian) of
Brazil, N. Jb. Geol. Palaeont. Abh. 194, 379-412), but
it's proving difficult to locate, which is why I'm
asking here.
