CLICK TO SEE A SUPERB THEROPOD TRACK...



    Glen Kuban, well-known dinosaur track researcher and author of several
important dinosaur track papers has carefully made an excellent cast of the
right pes imprint of a Late Triassic theropod, ichnospecies Kayentapus minor
(Weems, 1992), Upper Triassic, Balls Bluff Siltstone approximately 215
million years old, from Culpeper County, VA.  It is currently offered at
auction on eBay.

    A bonus: The winning bidder will also get a copy of Glen's very
informative and well-illustrated article "An Overview of Dinosaur Tracking,"
published in the 1994 M.A.P.S. Expo
Digest, which summarizes the formation, documentation, and interpretation of
dinosaur tracks.

    One of these wonderfully accurate, real-size casts hangs on a wall of my
living room track museum, and it has been admired by many visitors.
