[KCarpenter@dmns.org: Hi Mickey,]

I know that the major piece of news Ken wanted me to pass along in the
enclosed message has already made the rounds here, but I'm considering
creating a tribute to Mr. Inoue much as we did for Betty Cunningham.
In the runup to that I thought it appropriate to pass along Ken's
comments about Mr. Inoue and what he did for dinosaur science. -- MPR

Hi Mickey,
Please post to the dino list:

Masaaki Inoue, editor of Dino Press and Dino Frontline, passed away on
June 7, in the afternoon, of throat cancer. It is unfortunate that neither
magazine sold very well because it was an important source of disseminating
the latest in paleontological discoveries. Mr. Inoue was very passionate
of his two magazines, having put his soul into them.
