Actually, Horner's new specimens (plural) range throughout the whole of the
Hell Creek.  He has yet to publish ANYTHING on the specimens, as they are
just recovered.  Furthermore, they would need to be incorporated into a
really good synoptic correlation of different sections of the Hell Creek
throughout the west, something yet to be done.

Until such time that a good stratigraphic review of different sections of
the Hell Creek are published and correlated, we won't know the answer to
these questions.
