Dinofest?

Is Dinofest dead?  I haven't heard anything about it since Chicago.  Their 
web site says that it is supposed to be a twice a year event now, with 
Dallas hosting next spring.  What does that mean?  Was this written in 
2001?  Should it have been this spring?  Who is running this event?
