Sure, HP Paul extensively discusses the "ur"vogel in his new book, Dinosaurs 
of the Air.  A must-have!  Let us not forget another book (can't recall the 
title) that discusses the "ur"-dinosaurs, not only was ancient Mesopotamia 
that great cradle of civilization, it was also the great cradle of 
Dinosauria... ;o)
