Yes, Liaoning is big, and *S.* comes from the lowermost part of the Yixian Fm
-- fluvial sediments that preserve specimens in 3D as opposed to squished
flat on plates, but don't preserve any soft parts, or (so far) complete
skeletons. *Jeholosaurus* and *Incisivosaurus* also are from there.
