I am glad to see that Tom has listed the Royal Ontario Museum; I think quite highly of its displays (with some bias, of course!). Perhaps it is not in the first tier, but I think it is worth seeing - particularly for its Parasaurolophus, which I think is ine of only two (?) known specimens. And, of course, the ROM is home to Chris McGowan and Hans-Dieter Sues.
