I suppose I should answer this what with me being third author and all.
Sorry it's late but I have been busy (read: in Vegas).

*Montanazhdarcho minor* was described in:
 Padian, K., de Ricqles, A. J. & Horner, J. R. 1995. C.R. Acad. Sci. Paris
320(series IIa):77

That paper only served to establish the adulthood of the specimen. The new
paper is a more complete osteology of the known material... a wing and chunk
of jaw from the Two Medicine. *M. minor* is a SMALL azhdarchid (contrary to
what is listed on DinoData... hint hint).

PaleoBios is put out by the University of California Museum of Paleontology
(http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/museum/PBSI.html). You can purchase a copy of
the journal (which also features some pretty pictures of a new bird species
from Messel) for $6.00. Just use one of the contacts on that website.
