Regarding the fact that it's from China, and that it's still not described (or is it?), the question is probably not "Kimmeridgian or Tithonian" (or Oxfordian?), but "MJ, LJ, or EK".
AFAIK, it was the last known stegosaur of Chinese aspect and of late LK age.
