WANKEL T. REX

Does anybody know, or know of work on, the exact
excavation history for the Wankel _Tyrannosaurus rex_?

I ask because pp. 46-49 in Horner and Lessem (1993, _The
Complete T. rex_) a theoretical disarticulation series shows
the left forelimb (with scapulocoracoid) being present up
until the third stage, but absent thereafter. According to the
text (p. 49) the left forelimb was discovered a short distance
ventral to the vertebral column.. if this is so why wasn't it
figured in the later disarticulation stages depicted? Does
anyone know?

The book credits this series of diagrams to Donna Braginetz
but I asked her and she said they were not her work but
those of Kris Ellingsen.. I have read some stuff about
Ellingsen on the www but cannot find her email. If any has
it, thanks.

There is a website on the Wankel specimen but it's not
much help...
