PDW for sale/trade

Hello all,

I recently picked up an extra copy of Gregory Paul's _Predatory Dinosaurs of 
the World_ and would be willing to part with it for a slight fee.  
Specifically, I'm looking for somewhere upwards of $50.00 (Canadian), or 
best offer.
I would also be willing to trade the book for the Czerkas' _Dinosaurs: Past 
& Present_ series, volumes 1 and 2.  I've seen these books sold for about 
the same price as what I'm asking.
The "PDW" I've got is in great condition.  The front jacket it crinkled a 
little at the bottom and the rear covered is slightly scratched but not 
noticeably.  Also, pages 363-368 are creased but still in good condition.  
In fact, the book itself is in better condition than the one I already own!
