  No, and it was bad form for them to have been posted on the list
originally; Clarke's work has yet to be published, and as in Chure's
admonition, most dissertation authors personally, aside from their
academic authorities, prohibit declaration of the taxonomy within as this
is one good way to destroy any chance of them being published in some
prospective journals (_Nature_ and _Science_, for instance, do not publish
on new taxa named elsewhere, and are generally used as the stepping stones
to larger-content journals).

  However, I do not concur with the support for "Odontormae" (I assume a
misspelling of "Odontornithae," "Odontornithes") as a junior synonym of
Ichthyornithiformes, as this was a clade that comprised the toothed birds
in general and refers to a paraphyletic version of basal
ornithothoracines.
