North Dakota Triceratops
I wish I would have known about this dig earlier in order to post on
it in a timely manner. Perhaps they'll be back at it next year. Scroll down
on the home page below and you'll see two scenes from downtown Marmarth,
North Dakota, right up near the Montana border. The Pastime Bar and
Steakhouse is a fabulous gourmet restaurant on the main street of this dusty
and dried-up old railroad town on the Milwaukee Road line. Unbelieveable food
(with fresh-cut flowers on your tablecloth) in the middle of nowhere in the
Hell Creek along the Little Missouri River. Lordy, I wish I was there right
now! Beautiful place, home of Pretty Butte. Nice-looking Triceratops, too...
