Rick J. Vazquez

Does anyone know what has happened to Rick J. Vazquez?
In 1993, he did a fine, 170 page dissertation at YPM:
Functional morphology of the avian wing and its
implications for Archaeopteryx and the evolution of
birds. In 1992, he did a pre-dissertation paper,
Functional osteology of the avian wrist and the
evolution of flapping flight for the Journal of
Morphology, in 1994 and 1995 two more papers...then
nothing.
Any information would be appreciated.
