GAIA 15 AND A POSSIBLE PROBLEM

I was able to access, and print, five of the articles
several hours ago. Returning to the site, I tried
accessing the PDF of, to start with, pp. 159-166, T.
Holtz et al. on omnivory. My computer "froze" after
telling me it was "done" -- the PDF never opened. I
had to close the CompuServe window, then re-start. I
made  several more tries, on different PDFs (pp.
159-184, 193-218, 271-277, each time the same sequence
of events: download started, PDF never opening,
computer "freezing up". Has anyone else had this
problem? It is a sad day for theropod scholars, when
this significant publication, so near, is now so far.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem? If so, I
would appreciate (off-line) advice.
