Subject: Burian Megasite

I just heard from sculptor Max Salas, who's trapped in some kind of internet parallel universe down in Mexico. He's having problems getting back on the list after a computer virus attack. Hopefully, the situation can be straightened out soon.
Max was passing along a url for a website containing many Burian artworks. There are many I hadn't seen including a number of very interesting and skillfully done pen and ink drawings. Also, there are several of the most fearsome cave bear images I've ever seen. It is a Czech website and I'm sure all the art is copyrighted. DV

Cool! I’ll have to add it to my dinosaur list page on my web site.

But, just so you and the others know, it isn’t just the ‘older’ Burian, but also his son (I don’t know his name off hand. I’ve a book I bought a few years ago (its buried someplace and I can’t find it right now) that lists both the Older Burian and the newer paintings by his son. So the site should be called Burian’s. His son isn’t as ‘crisp’ as his father’s. The Tanyostropheus is one by his son.

Still a Great Site!
