I would be really interested in such a thing. I liked Lockley's book on
tracks, and have often wondered about all the skin impressions that I have
seen reference to.

Well, I kind of have one done. It's a small (Very small, 22 pages with
bibliography) list of known (I know I missed a few) dinosaurs with scales.

I was trying to have my whole list done for the SVP, but that's impossible.
I may have it ready by the end of the year or beginning of next.
