This hardly mythical volume has already been paginated and (as far as I
know) indexed.  Latest is that publication is distribution sometime next
October.

A book that's been much longer in coming out is the Chiappe and Witmer Above
the Heads of Dinosaurs; definitely looking forward to that one!!
