As in modern birds, oviraptorid and troodontid clutches contained lots of
eggs because the cycle of egg laying and producing was repeated over days.
In fact, the 20 -- 30 eggs I recall for such clutches are AFAIK at the upper
end of the range for birds (many of which nest in much less accessible
places).
