Re: Glut Supplement #2 Out Now

My earlier announcement that amazon now had the Glut _Encylopedia_'s
Supplement #2 available was based on their own information: that is,
the Supplement #2 page, which I've been watching like a hawk for the
last few months, today changed its "Availability" field from "Not yet
available" to "On Order; usually ships within 1-2 weeks."

However, it seems my excitement is premature: David W. Nystuen
<egypt4@msn.com> tells me that "Supplement #2 is at the printers and
will not be available until mid-November".

And adds the cautionary note "Never assume."  Touche :-)
