That's what it is. I. orientalis
is a nomen dubium, and this specimen has been redescribed as
Altirhinus. :-)
Wonderful running "young
Tarbosaurus". The Deinonychus skeleton cast mounted on a tree
is very convincing, more so than Chatterjee's drawings (where the trees are
comparatively much broader, so that the poor "protodromaeosaurs"/"proaves" have
extend their arms far laterally which is mechanically uncomfortable for
climbing). The photo of Avimimus is most interesting. Now I know what
is actually known from the beast! Could someone hazard a guess from the poor
resolution whether the caudal vertebrae are pneumatic? (Maybe someone manages to
open the "verybig" file by clicking on it. My computer doesn't find the
page.)
