I fear there's still only the original description:
Xu Xing, Zhou Zhonghe & Wang Xiaolin: The smallest known non-avian theropod
dinosaur, Nature 408, 705 -- 708 (7 December 2000)
This paper contains a small, low-resolution photo and some drawings.

Both halluces are disarticulated, preserved in non-reversed positions, but
behind the metatarsus. It seems reasonable to me to say they were about as
long as those of *Archaeopteryx*, a bit longer perhaps, maybe more distally
positioned, and probably unreversed, but who knows.
