Continuing topics which have been shut down

I must yet again warn people that continuing threads which have been shut 
down will result in a timeout.  Please see Mickey's message at:

in which the relevant details are 1) if you post on a thread more than two 
hours and less than one week after it has been shut down, you will be timed 
out for a week, and 2) if you don't see an on-list response from Mickey or me 
on a particular post, please do not suppose that no action has been taken.  

If you have any question about the suitability of a post for dinosaur list 
readers, please send it to Mickey or me before sending it to the list.  We do 
not appreciate people trying to leap through loopholes.
