Allosaurs and tyrannosaurs have greatly enlarged the pubic peduncles and the corresponding proximal ends of the pubes, unlike oviraptorosaurs. Maybe this retrieves Oviraptorosauria...
Patagonykus and Mononykus also don't have it, while Alvarezsaurus lacks known pubes. Difficult to ascertain for segnosaurs (yeah, those with sufficiently known pelves don't have it, but maybe the only change is that they are opisthopubic?). Looks more and more like an oviraptorosaurian feature. Unfortunately I don't have recent literature about suchlike.
