(Alert viewers of "The Life of Birds" will have noticed that young hoatzins are not the only modern birds that use all four limbs to climb trees.)


Many modern birds frequently flap their wings (forelimbs) to travel up tree-branches, with which they grasp with their feet (hindlimbs). Is this what you mean?
