Plesiomorphic features for various theropod clades

Hello!

I long to know some plesiomorphies of various theropod clades. There are databases in the net, but I've found it somewhat difficult to extract information from them. I don't need all of the plesiomorphies, only some of the most important ones. In the following, I will be using the nomenclature the way Sereno does in his 1999 paper "Dinosaur evolution".

Theropoda

I think these were functionally tridactyl. Anything else worth noticing?

Neotheropoda

I don't know.

Tetanurae

I recall they had only three fingers (per hand). Other things?

Neotetanurae

Well?

Coelurosauria

I haven't got the faintest idea.

Maniraptora

These had semilunate carpals. But that's not all, is it?

Paraves

I don't know!

Aves

Please tell me!

Thanks in advance,
Henri Rönkkö

PS. This is important.
