I apologize in advance for being so predictable--is there an advantage in
either long distance or altitude in having big wings?  If large pterosaurs
could nest in more remote locations than small birds could access
(assuming smaller birds could prey on nests and hatchlings), this would
give them some immunity relative to pterosaur species with a smaller
range.
