Cool therizinosaur quote

Found this while doing research for a term paper.  It's from Padian (1991), a book review in JVP of The Dinosauria, lamenting the lack of character matrices in that volume, one of very few problems he had with the book itself. Enjoy:

 

"Without a character matrix, for example, how will it be possible to decipher the relationships of the segnosaurs, who look like the illegitimate offspring of a menage a trois involving dromaeosaurs, plateosaurs, and early thyreophorans?"
