The place to start would be Carpenter's two volumes in Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology (Volumes R3 and R4, if I recall correctly).
To update his information through the 1990's would take a lot more effort (searching Zoological Record, Biological Abstracts, etc.).
However, you might also get some information by joining the Mailing List for the Phasmid Study Group at:

Hello over there,

I know Phasmids (stick insects) are not really Dino's, but on this list
I'm offered so much knowledge, that there (hopefully) will be someone
who can give me some information/or where to find some usefull
information on fossil stick insects (first evolved in Triassic). This
info may be on or outside the www.
