K/T extinction (was Re: Tim's theory) (joke)
Pararhabdodon endured climatic change, but its extinction could have been
rather abrupt if T.rex ever gained access to Europe. [snip] There is
clear evidence that tyrannosaurs could traverse marine barriers and may
have
entered e. America, even Europe, around K-T time.
So, European dinosaurs went extinct because _Tyrannosaurus rex_ came over
and ate them all.
Adds a whole new meaning to the Ugly American Tourist.
