Jaime,
    Mike is probably right about being off topic, so will continue this 
discussion (and emended taxon names) on the phylocode list.  Probably a 
waste of time, since almost everyone there hates ranks anyway (therefore I'm 
jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire).
