Re: Destroyed Fossils (was: Re: JP3 Trailer)
IIRC, wasn't _Amphicoelias fragillimus_ a holotype for a very large sauropod
vertebra (13ft.) found in the 19th century? I recall some refernces estimating
the animal at close to 200 ft. in length if a Seismosaurid.
