Is _Efraasia_ a separate OTU from _Sellosaurus_?

I was under the impression that the _Efraasia_ specimen (_Palaeosaurus
disagosticus_) was a juvenile _Sellosaurus_; and that many of its
"primitive" characters were therefore juvenile traits.
