Thank you Ralph. Your vastly excessive flattery is somehow undeserved but
appreciated (please note, no I didn't pay him).
With this kind of review I only need another positive one from Thom Holtz,
Alan Feduccia and John Ruben and I can consider my life fulfilled.... at
least until the next book.
