There is a krill-eating pliosaur in Dougal Dixon's _The New Dinosaurs: An
Alternate Zoology_. This book (which may be flawed but is still
fascinating) and Greg Paul's criticism of this book should be required
reading for anyone involved in this idea.

You have again practically recreated an animal from _The New Dinosaurs_.

There is no record that they made it to the end of the Cretaceous.
One thing to remember here is that the fauna of Asiamerica was quite
different from that of the rest of the world during the Maastrichtian.
Let's not forget the abelisaurs!
