Apparently in ICZN, but not in Latin. Caligula, Sulla... are all men and
get -ae in the genitive, fagus, pinus, quercus... are trees (by definition
feminine in Latin, for religious reasons) and get -i. Nero's is Neronis,
Caesar's is Caesaris... (I've seen the spelling *Stygivenator/Aublysodon
molnaris*. No idea whether it was just a typo, and I've seen *S./A. molnari*
much more often, but from Latin grammar there's nothing to say against that.

Definitely, I can't argue much with that.

These are the cases HP Ben Creisler explained (*Pentaceratops sternbergii*,
*Hypsilophodon foxii*...) which I had read should all be emended into -i
following ICZN. Apparently that's false...
