Fossil Sites in New Mexico and Texas

Hey,
I'm heading off to New Mexico and Texas in a few weeks, and other than watching
what will certainly be an entertaining baseball game between the Major's two
worst teams (Texas and Tampa Bay), I am going to try to hit as many museums and
fossil sites as possible.

Unfortunately, Ghost Ranch and Clayton Lake State Park are too far away from
where I will be staying, so they are out of the question. However, I am
planning on going to the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and possibly the
University of New Mexico Geology Museum in Albuquerque. My question is this: I
know the NMMNH is a must see, but does anyone know about the exhibits at the
University museum? Are they worth seeing?

In Texas I'm hoping to hit the natural history museums in Dallas and Fort
Worth, plus Glen Rose. I would also like to hit the Shuler Museum of
Paleontology at SMU. Are there any other must see sites in the Dallas/Fort
Worth area?

Is there anything I am missing??

Thank you very much in advance,
Steve
