When we look at actual lizards, they get little parasite arthropods between
their scales.
If their skin wasn't too thick, maybe even scaled dinosaurs got some skin
parasites.
Did parasites like this have been found?

A tick has recently been found (I haven't gotten the article yet). I'm sure
there were thousands of parasites, but finding them is extremely difficult.

A possible pterosaur parasite has been found in Russia.
