OFF-TOPIC: Quick hint about citing Amazon.com links to books...
--- CLOAKING DEVICE OFF ---
Most people do not seem to realize this, but the URLs you get at Amazon
contain much more than just the information on how to get to the book you
are currently viewing. Instead of the URL you cited, you could have just
used http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0801867630. The ASIN number is
all you need to specify a particular book. All the rest of the URL is
"personal" stuff, based on you website session on the moment you copy-pasted
the URL from your browser window. This might reduce the problem that a lot
of people on the list seem to have with long URLs wrapping to a second line
and thus making it less than straight forward to open the URL by just
clicking on it...

Back to dinosaurs please... ;-)
