Majungatholus nasals

Hello everyone, i've been boning-up on abelisaurid
skulls recently. One particular thing caught my eye on
the restoration of Majungatholus atopus, though. On
the lateral side of the nasal there seems to be a
depression or pneumatic foramen which you can see in
the lower left of this photo:

I also have a better pic which shows it in more
detail. Does anyone know the exact nature of this
thing?
