Oh, yeah, I know that it is supposed to be a popular book written for the 
educated layperson, like so many similarly-toned books written in English.  I 
was told that it may reveal some new sources of phylogenetic information, but 
from Filippo's post I see that isn't likely the case.  

Regardless, it's very, very nice to see an Italian language book on the 
dinosaurs of Italy.  When I was in Italy a few years ago most of the bookstores 
only carried a few fossil books, among them English translations of T. rex and 
the Crater of Doom and some of those Eyewitness books.  Hopefully this volume 
will spark some interest in Italy, and hopefully it will be translated into 
English in the near future!
