I downloaded the whole website in June. It's the version mentioned above, which by the way was the last available version.

The main page informs you that "Feel free to download the information and images. However
other usage must be negotiated." So I think it's ok to make it available to interested people on this list.

The website consists of about 180 files. I had to correct some links and one or two images are missing due to bad links in the HTML files. A Zip-file containing these files has a size of 2.2MB.

If somebody is interested please respond off-list.
