Or no?

Moshisaurus is found in 1978 by Tetsuro Hanai (prof. of
Tokyo univ.) & Tomoki Kase in Iwaizumi town Iwate pref.
It is a  part of humerus. It was identified
Mamenchisaurus sp. by Yoshikazu Hasegawa who is a
director of Gunma Museum of Ntural History.
