No more fur to fly through the list

Discussion of the "furry" _Psittacosaurus_ specimen has concerned me
somewhat and I strongly encourage everyone to stop talking about it
unless a) any information you provide is already published elsewhere,
or b) you have explicit permission from those working on the fossil to
discuss whatever particular information you are planning to share.  If
you haven't looked at it recently, make sure you are familiar with
rule 8j of the dinosaur list's administrative policies:

Please note that a bunch of people passing images around the internet
does not constitute publication in this regard.
