Re: Psittacosaur tail structures

Concerning the still speculative Psittacosaur structures and before anyone gets
too excited, the only thing I can say right now is that details about the
'problem specimen' are still frustratingly embargoed and muddled in
bureucracy, but they are no secret to anybody here in Europe and are discussed
openly. I also have to say that there's nothing for certain yet, no formal or
solid conclusions... nothing.
On the other hand, I asked permission to publish that painting to some of the
workers and they said I could do whatever I wanted. Please note that I stress
in the book that it remains speculative.
Nevertheless this speculation is more likely to become true than the Loch Ness
monster I'm sure!
Nobody is really sure about the nature of what these fossils are revealing
us... but whatever it is it's far from what the researchers were expecting.

More, much more will revealed... unfortunately nobody knows for sure when.

So for the time being, you may like to think it's just one of my flights of
fancy... or maybe not. In any case, we'll have to leave like that for the
moment.
