Well, to get the ball rolling, some UK vert paleo places (by no means
comprehensive!!):
Bristol
Cambridge
Univ. of Portsmouth
In addition, Univ. Wales at Aberystwyth has a strong invert program (as do
some of the above).
On the continent, Univ. Tubingen has had a LONG tradition of strong paleo
research.
There are plenty of others, but these are the first to come to mind this
morning.
