Manus Orientation

Hey everyone,
I have a feeling that I've asked this before, since I have a ref that's half an answer. But, I must ask it again, since my inbox was purged, so if there was an answer there, I no longer have it.
Anywho, I was wondering what literature should be aquired on the subject of theropod manual orientation (a.k.a. no pronation). I was recomended (IIRC) an Allan Gishlick abstract from 1999, but this is mainly in line with functional morphology of the hand. Anyways, thanks in advance.
Peace,
Rob
