We just closed the final version of this deal two days ago.  I received the 
final version of the press release about 36 hours ago...  I was told not to 
talk about it JUST yet...
I guess the cat is out of the bag now, eh?

OK, I am doing some final preparations on the project's first paper, which 
should be done today, and then we will begin some website updates, but alas, it 
isn't going to happen overnight.
